To promote original scientific research with significant commercial potential into the market and enhance the feasibility of commercializing R&D results, the National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) will open the call for proposals for the 2026 Phase 2 "Scientific Research Startup Program" on February 9.

To assist institutions in understanding the application process for this phase, three briefing sessions will be held.
