To assist scientific research startup projects in achieving commercialization milestones and increasing valuation, we help academic and research institutions identify significant scientific achievements with entrepreneurial potential, guiding their commercialization process to transform them into innovative products or services that meet market demands.

Since 2021, our team has deeply engaged with academic and research units to establish a systematic exploration and mentorship framework. Driven by the Scientific Research Industrialization Platform, we identify major achievements with commercial potential, assist in early-stage sourcing and technology translation, and are responsible for cultivating professional technology managers and international startup talent. We guide startup projects toward their commercialization goals, provide necessary entrepreneurial resources, and manage solicitation, review, evaluation, and tracking of spin-off startups to build a cross-departmental collaboration mechanism and link flagship cases to subsequent resources.
